It sent me a text about a "liter" sale. I clicked to see which products were included. Although Skinceuticals eye treatment was not on sale, it was a product I had on my list to try and LovelySkin offered free shipping so that convinced me to order it. It was easy to find on your website, as was ordering.

I would definitely recommend LovelySkin, I think they provide such an amazing shopping experience and their delivery times are super fast. One of my favourite moisturisers was unfortunately discontinued so I had to purchase a different moisturiser then my usual one, sadly it wasn’t as good as the old one but other that my shopping experience with LovelySkin is always great!

I wasn’t very happy with the checkout procedure. I was promised a discount for signing up for emails and even though the brand of product I ordered wasn’t included on the coupon’s extensive exclusions list the website still wouldn’t apply it. Then during checkout a note popped up promising another discount if I set up a recurring order, so I did. At checkout though it still only gave me the discount already listed on the website. I’m really not sure that all the hassles on this site are worth the few dollars I saved in comparison to just buying the same product from Amazon.

I really like LovelySkin. I always find what I'm looking for, and I rarely find it anywhere else cheaper. I would love more tools to help me understand what some of the products do -- it takes a long time to read through descriptions and some of product names don't tell you very much about what the product is for.
