I got a text about a sale on obagi. It said obagi travel size item with purchase. So I ordered it and then noticed with contact with LS that it wasn’t included. Apparently it was on another area that said it had to be 150.00 purchase. Thought that was misleading because it didn’t say it on the front end and I never saw where it clarified. Customer care said they would note that for future promos

They have a wide variety of well researched products for mature women and women with special skin issues, have free shipping and frequently offer line sales. They listen to input from customers. The products arrive in good shape and on time. The website is easy to navigate. I actually recommended the site it to two friends and my sister. The only complaint I have is not their doing, but that of the packaging of a product - LaRoche Posay cream and lotion in a pump. After 2/3 of the product is goon it is impossible to get the rest of it out. I have tried thin spoons, hitting the end of the bottle, etc. If they could give the manufacturer some input it would be helpful as I LOVE the cream and order it from them.
