I have had great experiences in the past with Live Aquaria and would love to continue to order from you. The prices are fairly comparable to local LFS'. Unfortunately, the website runs very slowly, and the checkout process has glitches. The checkout page would not let me checkout using only gift certificates, even though they covered the entire total balance of the order. I had to use a lower gift certificate amount and add a credit card to cover the rest to get the system to process the order. Attempted last week to contact customer service through chat, never received a response. Attempted to call customer service today, and there was no answer. Said voice mailbox is full, then hung up. Complete customer service mess. Hopefully I do not have to contact customer service with any issues related to this transaction as it seems it will be extremely difficult to get in touch with anyone.
