I purchased 5 fish and 5 snakes. The most expensive fish I ordered was floating upside down but every once in a while it would swim to the bottom of the bag, then float back up, belly up. It was dead the next morning and was paper thin. I have been trying to fill out your on line claim form but it won't accept a picture and I don't even know if my application has been received. I've called your customer service number twice and had to leave a message which hasn't been responded too. I also asked for help from your chat room and have no response. I'm completely dissatisfied with this $82 dollar fish. It obviously had a swim bladder problem and had not eaten for an extended period of time. I have excerpted a lot of time and effort to try to get this issue resolved, but have not received anything, except this questonar. Are you going to completely ignore me until the seven day warranty expires. Not a very good way to operate a business! I've been purchasing fish from you for over 10 years. What the heck is going on?
