ordered Adolfoi corydoras these were something else. all dead but one water was cloudy and foul smelling. the other bag with kubotai rasboras all but two were dead on arrival.

all 8 fish arrived on time, were immediately brought inside and floated in my quarantine tank. I matched the tank salinity with what I measured in the shipping bags. I followed the acclimation guide and all seemed well. All fish seemed healthy and active. One of the chromis died today. I filed a report form and submitted pictures. I will wait to see how it is resolved. The other fish seem healthy at the moment.

Fish and anemone were looking very frail and stressed. After a week still unsure if they will survive. Fish came in bag with very faint coloration and minimal movement, anemone came in bag with little water and was stuck to plastic bag out of water, smelled a bit off and had little to no movement or fluorescent nature to it. 10 days later still minimal activity while other anemones and fish in tank are thriving.

Overall the website is set up good and easy to use, easy to find what I was looking for, and good informational writeups. Those bot codes on the checkout are very hard to tell what the numbers and letters are sometimes though.

This is my fourth time ordering from live aquaria. My last order was cancelled by them after several days with no communication. My two orders before that both arrived with issues caused by live aquaria. Live aquaria has also demonstrated a history of not responding to my emails or calls to customer service. I made this order today because of the free shipping being offered but if there is an issue with my order again this time I won’t order from live aquaria again.

The package arrived exactly on time and inside the box, was carefully wrapped. Everything I got was alive and healthy. One of the items I purchased was a Magnificent anemone, which I know have hard time shipping due to how they are bacterial infection prone. I had a QT tank on hand with ciprofloxacin, and was prepared for the journey I was most likely going to have to take on with this difficult species. It turned out that I didn’t have to treat him. He was inflated, sticky, and his mouth was tightly closed. Very surprised! On Day 2 and he hasn’t deflated since I acclimated him, and put him in my display tank. He’s doing what healthy Mags do and is tucked under an over hang, and slowly moving up to the light on the flat platform at the top of my rock work. In a few days I’m guessing, he will be sprawled out over the flat plateau on the top of my rock work soaking up all the light. Great product, and was very surprised of his health directly in the bag. Has been doing perfect so far. LiveAquaria took the W on this one.

My most recent order was overall good 7/10, i did try to request a swap or cancel a product that i did order, but i received no email / call back. I found it very hard to reach out to someone, the phone call would just ring never picked up. I would still recommend them to a friend and will order more, i just wish it was easier to reach someone to talk about the order if some customer service help.

Our fish arrived with ice cold water. It was dead. Our shrimp did arrive alive but later died. I have had no luck getting a hold of Anyone. I have submitted a claim and have tried calling.
