We I have purchased from you for years and have been happy. I want to be happy with this purchase but I am not. I did not receive the most expensive item in my order. I have emailed you all, and not heard back yet. This is disappointing. If I obtain resolution of the issue, Iām sure I will be more than satisfied with the product, as it will be my second purchase of this item. The shipping was disappointing as on several different days I received emails āLevenger package will be delivered todayā yet it was not delivered. One day I received, āWeāre working on your deliveryā. Honestly, the delivery delay is nothing compared to not receiving the adjust a file organizer. The other thing that is disappointing is that you send an email to rate the items ā¦.. and I havenāt received them and have a customer care case open. . I would think there could be a way to link these activities. I will wait a couple of more days before I escalate my customer care case. Iām hoping for the best outcome. Ie. my item being rushed shipped to me without a bunch of further hassle.
