Twice now I've put things in checkout but ended up not purchasing because one or two of the items I wanted to purchase were out of stock and I chose to wait until they were restocked (for multi-item gifts, primarily). Levenger has great products but terrible delivery. They charged me 25% of the cost of the items I ordered just for shipping and then took over a week to deliver them from two states away. This is no way to remain a viable company long term.

Levenger sells very high quality and durable products — but I had difficulty finding an appropriate wallet to replace a Levenger wallet that is 6 years old. Their wallets have capacity too small for my cards and current selections generally lack zipper closures. I hope I am pleased with what I purchased —

Horrible. It would not take the gift recipient's address. I purchased two Pocket briefcases and was trying to send each to two different individuals at two different addresses. Placed the first address, went to checkout and the website auto populated my billing address. So I had to rely on shipping both to my home/billing and will need to pay shipping to ship each to the two different recipients' addresses. Your shipping fees are outrageous and I will need to wait until July 4-6, 2026 to receive the two pocket briefcases. While we are sharing our thoughts, I also tried to order the cards but could not print 5 lines because the address does not fit on the second line as it had in the past. I ordered many items in the past but will limit what I purchase to the Pocket Briefcases because it is it seems Levenger is the only place to obtain them. I loved shopping Levenger in the past. Not anymore becuase of these experiences. I only mention them in hopes Levenger can return to how they did business in the past and bring back some of the products they offered, i.e. a posket brief card caddy which is no longer offered. It is impossible to find what one is looking for to0. Last time I had to call because I could not find the pocket briefcase AL9405 on the website. I needed to place this AL9405 in the Levenger search window to find it to purchase these two. Pardon me, Le3venger could learn much from visiting the Amazon shoopers experience.

This is my third retractable truewriter pen, and I like the slim feel in my hand, but this one has a defect where the plastic looks cracked on the inside leaving an ugly line circumscribing the pen near the bottom. One of my other retractables has a design flaw where the nib never fullly retracts, so they clearly need work but I hope Levenger improves the product and comes out with a pretty lilac-pearl version, pwease!

I placed an order on June 6th and recently found out the wisteria discbound is on backorder until July 10. I wanted to add to my order so get something sooner while I wait for the original order.
