I had an interesting interaction with the Concierge. I was hoping to find a leather pad to back up my purchase, and we had a long discussion about the proper size. In the end, there was nothing that would really fit.

I had too many issues for this comment to be about one primary topic. The first one being that the web site kept being rather slow for me, and quite often I would have to hit back several times to go to the previous page. But eventually I discovered it was easier to just go forward instead, using the menus at the top of the screen (which was on a Windows 11 PC on a Chrome browser, by the way). As luck would have it, the first two times that I went to check out, an item that I was purchasing became sold out right before I could finish checking out. Once I finally did check out, it was showing an address that was more acceptable than the one I put in as my shipping address. Which basically just changed my street name and my city's name to all capital letters. But when I clicked on it to accept it, nothing would happen. So I eventually just refreshed the page and it didn't change my address to the preferred address. Anyway, I don't totally blame Levenger for all of the issues that I had. This just happens to be the kind of luck that I constantly have. Well, except for the shipping. Because I can often get things shipped from China for free, in half the time that it's going to take my order to get to me. What's more, most Levenger items apparently ship from Delray Beach, Florida, and I'm right here in Louisiana, not too far from New Orleans.

Only thing is the back button keeps glitching into a refresh loop of same page. Otherwise excellent selection and diversity. I do wish there were more links of which journals/covers are interchangeable with each other, or to expand the selection of modifiable custom details.

I may be old school but the Circa products work well for me. My most recent purchase is a card wallet that I have only found at Levenger. This is my fourth one (as they wear out) over probably 10 years and I hope they don't discontinue it.

Items marked as "sale" did not come up as on sale when placed in bag. Sale items placed in bag came up with message "notify when available". Previous sales did not reflect any reward credits. Your merchandise is amazing. I love it, and have used it for years both professionally and since retirement. But I found this experience frustrating due to conflicting information.

Shopify would not allow me to sign in with my email. My Am Ex card had a new expiration date and I could only delete it, not edit it. I figured out another way.

My husband showed the cards he liked to me. I ordered for his birthday, took a little longer to arrive than I planned, but he is happy w/them so I’m happy. They’re lovely.

I love the products available. The pens are beautiful. They glide very nicely over paper. But I think Levenger uses AI for their images which makes me consider not purchasing with them. (Levenger should support real people and artists and not take the cheap, low quality option) There is an image of someone knitting and the hands make no sense. Clearly the photos did not get proofed before uploading onto the website. I don't knit, but I know the image is wrong.

The card wallet I purchased was not as large as the one I ordered years ago. This one did not carry as many cards as my old one and didn't have a snap for complete closure. Hopefully, Levenger will go back to the old "model" soon.

Having retired recently, I no longer need most Levenger products, but I end up buying them anyway--for gifts and for myself--and finding them on sale was irresistible. (My dad built his own office-supply business, and he would have loved Levenger.)

Twice now I've put things in checkout but ended up not purchasing because one or two of the items I wanted to purchase were out of stock and I chose to wait until they were restocked (for multi-item gifts, primarily). While I appreciate the "notify me" feature, I do wish you'd stock more of your products.

Levenger has great products but terrible delivery. They charged me 25% of the cost of the items I ordered just for shipping and then took over a week to deliver them from two states away. This is no way to remain a viable company long term.

Levenger sells very high quality and durable products — but I had difficulty finding an appropriate wallet to replace a Levenger wallet that is 6 years old. Their wallets have capacity too small for my cards and current selections generally lack zipper closures. I hope I am pleased with what I purchased —
