I love the pull out calendar that comes with what I purchase. I wish you sold the calendar by itself because I don’t use the circa paper so everything but the foldout calendar is a waste for me to buy.

It was good overall, it has good filters & sorting options. There was quite a few things out of stock, but such is the nature of a company like this. If you've never had a discbound notebook, I think clicking through the site could let someone learn intuitively what they are/how they work. Lots of great stuff and I'm excited for more! Something I noticed (on both phone and pc) is that having >3 tabs open at a time causes some lag in the site that other websites never have for me. It's been consistent across a couple of months & different devices. It doesn't render the site unusable, but does lead to a lot of freezing/refreshing.

The product information is very thorough. Because this is the first time using my rewards, I had to experiment so that I made the wisest choice wrt making the most of my rewards. Since I bought a fountain pen & ink the shipping for those items was included if I just bought those items. However, if I added a set of notebooks, the shipping was more expensive then ordering the notebooks separately. Also, since the rewards could not be used with the promotion, I ordered the fountain pen & ink separately but used the rewards on the order for the notebooks. There should be a better way of doing this.

The only thing I hate is how often the popup shows regarding the free shipping. It feels like I can’t shop in peace. It pops up every single time I refresh the page. I already have a case full of Levenger True Writers but I can always find room for another due to the extraordinary character of their acrylics. The Midnight Strata in this purchase is truly a sight to have in the hand. The color and chatoyance are dynamic and the pen cap and body seem to have a depth that defies reality. Of course, this pen carries all the wonderful attributes that make this Levenger model outstanding in its own right. You can purchase it for that reason alone. But, if you never ink it, it is still worthwhile because it looks that good.

Pricing when shopping by size was deceptive - on first page price displayed was for smaller version. Esp true for notebooks themselves. Items out of stock were not noted on first page and variety of available dividers was slim. Returning to a previous page was difficult. Shipping fees were high. Solicitation for providing review ends up (after you've done the survey) with discount magazine subscriptions offers. UGH

It was a good experience. Your site recognized me so no need to enter my info'. At one point I saw something in the transaction I didn't expect (a charge for allowing free return shipping). I know I won't need to return this 2027 planner - took me a moment but I was able to go back and figure how to opt out of that feature. The update was immediate. The shipping fees are too much. I used to purchase paper refills at Macy's, but that is no longer an option. I paid $9.95 for a purchase of $28.00 It's so frustrating, but I don't have a choice. Also, I couldn't delete the 2.98 for free return option. I didn't want it.
