They sent the wrong item and tried to say it was packaged wrong and later said it was out of stock. They won't send a call tag to pick up their error. Now my bank has gotten involved! Worse company ever!!!

I purchased sideview mirrors, both sides. The confirmation of purchase email arrived 3 days after my purchase. Due to such delay, I was thinking of cancelling the order in the fear of this being a scam. Overall it took about a week for me to get only one mirror, not two. This is different from 2~3 day delivery written on the webpage, which was disappointing. Even worse, because I only got one mirror, I had to contact an agent to see where's the other one, only to learn that it will arrived in another couple of days, with a track number. The problem is, none of these were communicated to me, including any tracking number of status quo. I only received the tracking number when the second mirror arrived, hence useless. So, summary: YOU NEED TO COMMUNICATE BETTER. order receipt has to be emailed right after the transaction, and shipping status and tracking number should be posted when the shipping begins.

The good: The part I wanted, recommended CAPA, was right there in front of me. The bad: Your website interrupted the initial process with a pop-up asking me if I'd like 5% off. Yes, I did. I submitted my personal email address: raymonmd_seerup@msn.com and never received the "welcome" email.

The only glitch in the entire process was some ambiguous language about when the product would ship, which resulted in a perceived delay in when the first tracking info was posted online. This led to my C/S chat, which actually resolved nothing. But the info was posted soon afterward and the product was delivered within the window I was hoping for.
