I never received a confirmation email or a tracking email. I had to contact customer support to ensure my order was received. I also had no idea when the parts were coming ... until they showed up at my house. One of the boxes was not secured well and was 80% of the way open when it was delivered. Headlights look nice though and shipping ended up being fast.

I was looking for some tail lights and found this website referenced just by google they had the cheapest part and quickest shipping billing went well super straight forward as long as they hold the shipping promise of 3 day and the part fits well no issue I’ll be a happy camper!!

Prices were reasonable, shipping was reasonable, parts were accurate. Though parts did not *EXACTLY* match up. Radiator fan I bought was just a tad off. It fit in the slot, bolt holes lined up, cable clip holes matched perfectly. However, original had female power plug, new part had male. Also, original part had fan guard reduced on one side to avoid frame bracket pole. New part guard was even all around, preventing installation initially. But was able to make it work. Overall fairly good experience.

I purchased sideview mirrors, both sides. The confirmation of purchase email arrived 3 days after my purchase. Due to such delay, I was thinking of cancelling the order in the fear of this being a scam. Overall it took about a week for me to get only one mirror, not two. This is different from 2~3 day delivery written on the webpage, which was disappointing. Even worse, because I only got one mirror, I had to contact an agent to see where's the other one, only to learn that it will arrived in another couple of days, with a track number. The problem is, none of these were communicated to me, including any tracking number of status quo. I only received the tracking number when the second mirror arrived, hence useless. So, summary: YOU NEED TO COMMUNICATE BETTER. order receipt has to be emailed right after the transaction, and shipping status and tracking number should be posted when the shipping begins.
