I bought a set of headlights and one arrived broken. I contacted customer service about the issue and provided photos of the broken part. It took a long time to get a response, and many days between contacts. There was no phone number provided for speaking to a customer service rep. I used the chat a few times to see what the progress was on the light replacement, and I was then referred back to communicating via email. I was provided with a return label, but I wish the company had just offered to send me a replacement headlight right away and then I could deal with returning the broken one later. But it all took a long time, and I still have not come to a resolution with return/replacement, it's in the works still. There's always a risk to buying from a small company, and this is it. Had I purchased from Amazon or a local auto parts place, this purchcase/exchange/return would have been completed so quickly with the customer's need being #1 priority.
