The only glitch in the entire process was some ambiguous language about when the product would ship, which resulted in a perceived delay in when the first tracking info was posted online. This led to my C/S chat, which actually resolved nothing. But the info was posted soon afterward and the product was delivered within the window I was hoping for.

You somehow signed me up for a subscription. I didn’t agree to that. Who pays $65 dollars a month for that. You were able to take two payments out of my checking before my bank caught it. One charge was for 65 and the other 70. I’ll be sure to share this on facebook
