FedEx specifically delayed/not yet received. I have a degenerative bone disease bilateral legs.I do all my shopping online. Receiving a a call from a FedEx representative, whom changed my address, claiming the printed address was incorrect. It appears I just hit a wrong digit error on entering my zip code. 37801. It autocorrected from town if Maryville to Alcoa. Upon answering the call on Friday from FedEx, there were strong language barriers. I repeated my correct address;817 HAMILTON RIDGE DR.
Maryville Tennessee, 37801.
After a frustrating exchange. He updated it to 817 Hamilton St, Alcoa Tennessee, NOT correct.
I spent a couple of days reaching out to FedEx with little resolve.It now appears that is the address linked to my account and that package.
The problem is in two parts of the address. This is CORRECT address, the two factors will be in all caps.
817 Hamilton RIDGE DR, MARYVILLE,Ten, 37801. (The incorrect zip is 37 7 01.
Your customer service was excellent. The person I spoke with was an excellent listener. The mistakes with type of road (Dr. vs St) and the 3rd digit of the zip code being being only one space from the other, was not caught by software or resolved by way of communication. Which obviously fumbled this.
Again, customer service assisted and did the proper action. Much appreciation.
The delivery company has yet to correct my address. I’m hoping my next delivery is in it’s way.
