Doc Martens vans and Converse are the only shoes I wear and I usually have a decent experience with journeys but this time they really dropped the ball. The delivery took forever and the red high top Converse were a Valentine’s present so I was unable to mail them to my daughter-in-law in time. and to make matters worse, the box was damaged and there was only ONE red shoe!! bummer huh?! I will be going to the journey store in Victoria Gardens at my earliest convenience to deal with the issue. The second issue that I had with this order was I emailed asking to change the size on the vans, I wear a six in Converse, but a seven in vans and I accidentally ordered a 6. I immediately contacted by email And I never got a reply and of course the wrong size was sent. The shipping was another issue. The last time I ordered it was here within a week this time it took about two weeks and the tracking didn’t always update. It stayed the same for two days at a time. I will probably continue to shop online with journeys and I hope that this was just one unfortunate experience.
Sidenote. I’m voice texting so unfortunately grammar and punctuation probably are not perfect lol.
