I iwish delivery schedule / options were less costly and faster as well as extended warranty costs being longer term and better costs. Representative I spoke with on the phone was personable and answered my Questions about the product and delivery and mfg. warranty. He was great and the checkout was simple because he created a quote and from that I was able to pruchase the product discussed with 1 click from the email quote directly to the checkout page. Thanks.

A window popped up saying if I put in my email I would get $20 off. I put in my email and then it asked for my phone number, I clicked past putting in my phone number and never received the discount. If you ask for my email it should just be my email, don’t make it an endless array of junk windows I have to jump through to get my discount. Put all the necessary steps on one page. The site on mobile does not feel clean. There are windows and flashy ads trying to get my attention. I want the shopping experience to be streamlined. I don’t want the screen to be yelling at me. The checkout experience was very smooth. I like the address autofill.
