I ordered a fairly inexpensive case. It came. It was great. I got a half a dozen marketing emails in less than a week. And something tells me you've probably sold my email address to other people. I will not be shopping there again. Seriously. You guys really need to cool it with the emails.

First your shipping cost is completely outrageous! It is 1/3 of the purchase. That's crazy. Secondly, your pricing doesn't make any cents. Your two-pack purchase is like $40 more per gallon that the single and again a manner to screw you on shipping. DO better have better service other than a chat box back and forth and back and forth. Your already in 25 year old tech......

I would highly recommend I DJ Now to anyone in the market for audio production equipment. They had a better product than what i was originally looking for at a price that kept it in the budget of a the original equipment. Once i used the chat bot and was immediately connected to a live person at the store who addressed all my questions. It was a no brainer and i am wondering if i made a mistake by not coming here sooner for my other big ticket purchases. Shipping even happened quicker than i expected and i had delivery before i anticipated. Honest, best price, great service. Not a single issue. Highly recommended.
