Fernado I dealt with because the original speakers I ordered wasnt availale nd I was desperate for need some for a gig. Everything went pretty smoothly until I had to confirm the purchase with my bank. Apparently the confirmation process timed out when I took less than a minute to get back to the checkout screen. The process appeared to work perfectly on the second attempt. It’s all good!

The product delivered was not the correct one. The item was more expensive than what I ordered. I then had to take time out of my busy schedule to return item and spend money on resources to get item back. All in all due to a warehouse error I still do not have product I ordered. And when I asked for a discount I was only offered a 25.00 giftcard. Insulted by resolution and wasting my time and money.

Found a product I was looking for and had searched google. Was drawn here because of a lower price. Saw that it was a lower price because it was an open box item. I decided to purchase it but paused because I had to have our tax exempt info approved. When I chatted with a rep the next day to check the tax exempt status, he expedited the approval and also quoted me the cost for a brand new unit which was discounted almost where the open item was. He gave me the option and I chose the brand new item. Very pleased.

Everything went well as far as finding what I was looking for. In the past I have usually purchased from idjnow through eBay, but didn't find what I was looking for there. I used the chat option to finish placing my order because I didn't quite understand why my only choices were for expedited shipping and when I ordered through them on eBay it was always free shipping. Gio helped me with my shipping and it wasn't free, but it did save me a few dollars on the shipping.
