It all went fairly smoothly until I tried to use a discount code for my purchase. Discount code had been sent to me via text and said it was for a clearance item...it didn't work and I had a hard time getting clarification from customer service. I just went ahead and ordered it since my son needs it.

Hockeymonkey has all the necessary equipment to outfit my kids starting their hockey journey available and with great pricing deals as compared to their competitors. Delivery was quick and packaged neatly. Once all equipment arrived we went in store to have both sets of skates sharpened, and the individual helping was fantastic at getting the kids skates ready to hit the ice. We will be using hockeymonkey for all our upcoming sporting needs.

pain to check out and pay. Had to enter my information multiple times as it switched me to your payment service. Then I had to download their App. Then their App was not updating for shipping information for several days. By time it did update it was delivered

Impossible to cancel an order once made then they try to gouge you for a $10 return fee. No other hockey retailer does this so I will be dealing with Pure Hockey or B&R from now on.

The first item i selected showed it was in stocked , then was not. After this i had trouble with the bolt checkout which was frustrating. It took forever. Finally the site allowed me to us apple pay, which initially was not given as an option.
