the picture of the titan battle gear shirt i ordered is outdated on the listing, it has a T on one sleeve and a flag on the other. The Titan shirt i got does not have the sleeve logos. There was also a few damaged fabric threads and snags and bad stiching of the seam threads in a small area on the bottom seam of the back of the shirt, and the T on the neck seems slightly off center to me. i am not returning it because the availabily of my size is very limited and i want this color of the titan shirt, i could not order this anywhere else. I would have liked to recive exacly what i thought I was ordering based on the picture online and to the standards of the Titan brand, and i am concerned I was sold a factory mistake listed as the quality first line product.

Great customer service. I ordered online but had spoken with Rob at the new Lodi store earlier. Once I ordered, he made a call to the farmingdale location to ensure they picked the order quickly for a speedy pickup.

online purchase was easy. could use less email reminders about products in my cart, but offering discount insentives encourages me to make the purchase. my one complaint is to offer more free shippinh like ice hockey warehouse. in store expereince is good and the staff is helpful.

I ordered a Bauer Nexus E50 Pro hockey stick from HockeyMonkey specifically for my son, Phil, who is 16 years old and plays elite-level AAA hockey with the Milwaukee Jr. Admirals. The timing of this purchase was extremely important. Phil was preparing to compete in the Tier One Showcase in Milwaukee, followed immediately by his departure for a training camp with the Japan U18 National Men’s Hockey Team. These are significant opportunities in his development as a competitive hockey player, particularly given his aspirations to play junior hockey and eventually NCAA Division I hockey. Unfortunately, when the stick arrived, we discovered that it was only 62 inches long. Phil is 6’4” and requires a 67-inch stick. The product listing did not clearly specify the stick’s length, which prevented me from identifying this problem before purchasing it. Had the length been disclosed, I would never have ordered it. I returned the stick to HockeyMonkey on October 23, the opening day of the showcase. I also attempted to resolve the issue through the company’s online chat and telephone customer service. At one point, I had been on hold for 2 hours, 34 minutes, and 45 seconds, without receiving the assistance necessary to resolve the situation. This was not simply an inconvenient purchase or an ordinary return. We had deliberately ordered this equipment for two important events in Phil’s hockey career. Having the correct stick was essential to his preparation, confidence, and performance. The incorrect product specifications, combined with the difficulty obtaining customer service, left us without the equipment we had planned on using at precisely the time it was needed. I requested either a full refund or a suitable replacement meeting Phil’s specifications: 67 inches long, right-handed, 70–77 flex, P92 blade pattern, and mid-kick construction, preferably from Bauer or True. I believe a full refund is warranted because the product listing failed to provide an essential specification. More importantly, I am disappointed that HockeyMonkey did not provide timely, effective customer service when the circumstances were clearly time-sensitive. As a parent supporting a young athlete pursuing opportunities at the highest levels of his sport, I expect a specialized hockey retailer to understand how important properly fitted equipment and reliable service are, especially when a player is preparing for major competitions.

Ordered stick for my son playing college hockey and need to change shipping after order was made. Difficult to get through with chat and calling was not effective. Had a lady call me back and resolve the issue that was wonderful—very thankful she was able to hold/cancel first order and get second order shipped same day even though it was a few minutes after cutoff (had been trying since before cutoff to talk with customer service). Each order was same stick ($400) just needed it overnighted due to son needing it sooner than he originally told me.
