I ordered a large order on May 3rd. A few days later I received a voicemail asking me to call back. I called back many times and texted and emailed, I got no response until about a week later asking me to confirm my address as I was a “new customer”. I understand fraud exists so confirming a shipping address is fine, the problem is when I place and order and it takes a week of calling, texting, and emailing to get a hold of an employee so I can confirm my address. I then asked for rushed shipping which is a reasonable accommodation for a customer since the items weren’t shipped until after a full week since the order.
Again, I’m very reasonable and understand wanting to confirm the shipping address on a large order, but for a customer to have to fight tooth and nail to get a hold of somebody and put the work in only to not have the items shipped for so long is unacceptable. I unfortunately did not have a good experience and would be hesitant to order online again simply due to the inadequate communication and not even getting the courtesy of a response to so long for separate inquiries. Rush shipping would have been nice but would not have dissuaded me from ordering again, the lack of response would.
