The retailers that I live near me do not carry Swisher sweets tip cigarillos. Even though I like Black and Mild Original tip cigarillos, they cost more and I like Swisher's better. By getting them from Gotham, I no longer have several stores to check at, as there's no guarantee that they'll have them in stock. Gotham Cigars is good!

The subscription process has been a pain a bit. I had an active subscription and then wanted to swap out the product due to increase in your cost for it. The representative made the change for me but I guess my subscription also got canceled at the same time. This is the 2nd order of my swapped out product that keeps telling me I don't have a subscription on file. Because of this I don't receive what I believe to be an auto delivery on time now or when I was expecting it. Frustrating. Otherwise, I enjoy the fact I can do such an order for convenience.
