When I placed my first order Gotham held my order up to verify it was me who placed the order. I verified my information over the phone and they immediately shipped it once verified. I was super impressed by the level of customer service to protect me. I have never had that before and other distributors should follow their lead. I was very appreciative of this. Cigars were perfectly packaged to ship. Their prices are great. I will continue to purchase from them. Great website. I highly recommend them to anyone. I’m definitely purchasing from them again. Great communication through email too.

I paid for expedited shipping and Gotham said the order has shipped within 11-16 hours so I thought that was good. It turns out the carrier did not receive the package for several days after I was told it was “shipped”. It took well over a week to receive the order - totally unacceptable, particularly after paying extra for prompt delivery.
