I needed to re-order my Good Sam Travel Assist. But, after doing it online, I still could not see, in my account, that I had repurchased the product. After CALLING for GS support, the agent quickly identified that I had two accounts, and that they needed to be merged, which he did, very quickly. At that point, all was resolved, politely and efficiently.
