The renewal price online was double the price in a mailer I received. The customer service person honored the mailer price but could not duplicate what I was seeing on website. Every business has issues, but the excellent customer service I received gives me confidence that the company will "do the right thing" for it's customers. I would absolutely recommend Good Sam products and services.

I want a review of exactly how I'm covered. I'm interested in the remote evacuation in circumstances helicopters are necessary clearly defined. Appliances at Camper World are expensive. I could use $200 off or more on a batt refrigerator for my bunkhouse Flagstaff 18' travel trailer.
