Pretty good. Could have had more details like how soon can you use roadside service. Also the price that comes up to pay is not what was listed for packages and doesn't say what all the additional is for.

I used to have AAA. I cancelled a few years back, due to financial issues. I tried to go back today. But their site kept malfunctioning and freezing up. If they can't get it together, no matter what AAA portal I use, what's to make me believe they won't "drop the ball" if I'm stranded on the side of the road? I heard your company rated better, plus, there was no site freezing up. So I went with your company.

It was pretty obvious everything that needed to happen on site. Not a lot of things to confuse anything. I did have to reload the site because when it came to billing, I left the tab and had to come back and it didn’t seem to recover from that.

Everything went well and paid with card. Try to establish an account with a password , then a message pops up to call 800 number to finish purchase. Of course it is closing time at night, so can’t reach anyone! Is my info secure since it said I’m “good to go” on the receipt page? Puzzled!! No confirmation email yet either!
