Overall, it was straightforward and easy to navigate. I love the pricing and the coverage policy.I was a little confused with 1 year standard membership promotion pop-up. I have two opinions 1) I wish I could see the order details BEFORE I enter credit card information. 2) I wish I could see email verification/confirmation email BEFORE I purchase the product. I still have not received the purchase confirmation email yet.

I don't like the fact that there isn't a selection to pick auto renew or not. I is a second separate selection and form to fill out if you want to decline it. Kind of dumb for consumers, smart for a business

Actually placing my order with fairly easy, however it was challenging to figure out if I could reactivate an existing account. My hope is to have better service experience then several years ago when I was stuck on the side of the road in Port Charlotte Florida waiting for assistance for over 2 hours. I decided to give good Sam a second chance because they specialize in RVs and that's where I would need help.
