It seems like everytime I call, customer service seems to do their very hardest to find someway somehow to get out of helping me. Anything they can find is a reason. Then one time, it took 3 hours for the tow truck to come. Another time, I told her I needed a tow, and she sent a tire guy instead. But other than that, good Sam has been looking out. There’s no hidden fees or anything

It was OK when I got to the point where I needed to interstate it didn’t show up on my phone Arizona and so I had to go back and redo it three times before I saw that I couldn’t. I tried to scroll up before and I couldn’t so if that’s the worst thing, it happens to me I’m OK.

At first I was upset that the link that I had followed took me here instead of to AAA as I had tried to enter. I was angry that I had been misdirected or hijacked to a camping site. So I looked at your offering then left and went to AAA anyway. After comparing their plans and prices to yours I came back here. I am no longer angry about being hijacked; I am thankful.

The price is so much better than AAA and the biggest selling point is the unlimited tow distance to the nearest service center. Also, I now have the availability to camp in some of the Good Sam locations even if I am only tenting.

I purchased a used 5th wheel 40 footer and I needed it transported about 200 miles so I was concerned that if anything happened I would be at the mercy of the tow company and everyone else's involved. And that thought was not going to let me rest easy,but for 75 bucks I could turn any issues over to good Sam I'm 60 so I've heard this name since I was a kid so to find good even great reviews over many platforms my mind was at ease the transport was 5 hours of easy driving instead of 5 hours of clutching my chest. I would recommend this to anyone in a similar situation.

I do not believe it is reasonable to require customers to call or email customer service simply to opt out of automatic renewal. Customers should have the ability to disable auto-renewal themselves through their online account with a simple, straightforward option.Requiring customers to contact your company creates an unnecessary barrier and gives the impression that the process is intentionally made more difficult than it needs to be. Many companies now allow customers to manage their own subscription and renewal preferences online, and I believe Good Sam should do the same. I request that Good Sam update its policy and website to allow customers to easily turn automatic renewal on or off without having to contact customer service. Please also confirm that automatic renewal has been disabled for my roadside assistance policy, if this email is being sent in connection with my account. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.
