Tried to purchase Roadside Assistance yesterday and said on one page one year was $89 then the next page total was 389 tried to purchase three separate times and it kept pulling at the same way finally quit and tried to purchase again today and went through at 89

We have carried roadside assistance for quite some time. We have not had to use it often. When we have had to use it the service was in varied degrees a couple of times we were disappointed by the lack of support. A couple of times we were pleased. When I renewed this service in March I asked for a new wallet card with the service number on it. That was never received.

We've been a Roadside Assistance customer with Goode Sam for over a decade. The membership has saved our bacon a few times. If I had one complaint it would be that sometimes the service providers take much much longer than they say at the beginning. It is almost once they have the job dispatched, they are in no hurrty to get to us - maybe even taking another job because our business is guaranteed once we accept the dispatch.

I have had Roadside assistance for many years. The Major drawback is "Towing to a facility that can do the repairs". In some cases the facility is not really the "Right" facility and is a general repair garage. Your agents have No Clue how to deal with a customer (Do to internal Rules) that has an alternative that specializes and is the same distance. In a case about two yers ago you wanted to charge me the "Difference in mileage" but the reality was it was no difference and the Price you quoted was way out of line for a car tow. I know because I called the people you were using to do the towing! So, that is a MAJOR Drawback in your Service! In the end I did not use you at all and used my Insurance Company at No Cost.
