I have been a Good Sam lifetime member for many years. Last year, I began receiving offers to purchase products that I have had on auto renewal for many years. This week I received a notice that my Roadside Assistance policy was about to expire. When I checked my account, I found that auto renewal was turned off. This disconnect between marketing and membership needs to be addressed. GS has spent hundreds of dollars trying to get me products that I already own. Not good business......

I purchased Roadside Assist from Good Sam it’s the best policy out there for the money. I never worry about being broke down on the road again. They’re easy to contact and are there for me 24/7. I recommend Good Sam to all my rv friends. A first class operation for sure

We've had GS roadside service when we had rvs and had to use it only 1 time but that was a big experience and Good Sam came through for us. We don't rv anymore but their towing and other services are such great peace of mind to drivers of any type of vehicle why would you not have it?

A little while ago, I purchased what I thought was roadside assistance. But, I kept getting emails about RV rentals. I began to think I didn't purchase the roadside assistance. So, I went back in and purchased it today. I don't know what I purchased previously. I've not received anything by snail mail or otherwise and don't have a 'card' should I need services or wish to use the discount features. So, I'm not sure what to do but print out the receipt. I like the old app; worked better and was more clear (I'm talking about the one with the dude and a halo --not the GS one.
