I found it confusing that RV plans were the first information provided. When I originally purchased a plan because of the benefits seemed to be better than other plans, I apparently purchased and RV plan. I did not understant why Ireceived information on RVs and Camping. Unfortunately when renewal noticed arrived, I chose to not renew becasue I do not have and RV and am not interested in the camping aspect. I thogutht that my auto road side service was inforce until I needed it today. In looking into renewing my plan, I found the small "Auto" option only after proceeding to a second page. Please make it clear and the onset that there are RV options and Auto options.

WTH is the offer to add $39 GS basic after just selecting$150 GS version- whatever that was called…. Too many overlapping options. Over the years GS has gotten needlessly complicated with more options to try to upsell.

I recently had them.come to change my tire and put on my donut. The service was very excellent! The driver was very nice and helped me with questions I had about my car. Very informative. He gave me good knowledge. He also changed my tire quick too and filled my donut with air before leaving. I appreciated his service and I would definitely recommend Good Sam

Easy to sign up. Been thinking about it and got a flat about 5 miles from home that blew out the whole electrical harness for leveling on the rear of the rig. Shouldn't have waited!
