I have been with AAA for over 10 years off and on. It has always been excellent service. When husband was alive we had AAA Plus as we did a lot of traveling but now with his passing I don't need that much as I don't travel very far anymore.

The purchase was going smoothly until I seen I had an old phone number listed from where I had a previous membership that'll expire. And I clicked edit to change my phone number, put in the new phone number, hit enter, and it said there was an error, this can't be completed online, you must call in. And then when I looked at the status at the top, I was all the way back at the beginning after I'd already entered the credit card information and everything, but luckily I pressed the back button and it went back to everything I just filled out and I didn't have to start over, but you might want to have a look at that.
