A little while ago, I purchased what I thought was roadside assistance. But, I kept getting emails about RV rentals. I began to think I didn't purchase the roadside assistance. So, I went back in and purchased it today. I don't know what I purchased previously. I've not received anything by snail mail or otherwise and don't have a 'card' should I need services or wish to use the discount features. So, I'm not sure what to do but print out the receipt. I like the old app; worked better and was more clear (I'm talking about the one with the dude and a halo --not the GS one.

The only issue that I had was changing my plan. Our original plan was for an RV which we sold. I wanted to change to the auto plan, but the system kept reverting to the RV plan. I had to repeat the process several times to finally get plan that I selected to show for checkout.
