My truck broke down at the boat ramp after a day out on the lake. Customer service took very good care of getting a a driver. The driver contacted me and kept me informed of his ETA. He even said they could tow the boat. I had already set someone up to come get it. I have used Good Sam 2 times since ordering my membership.

My reason for choosing GS over AAA was AAA put me on hold too long. I was put on hold for a long time with GS and expact that will be terrible as well when/if I need to use them. I was called back after requesting a call back because I didn't want to wait on the phone. They called back, we were immediatley disconnected and they didn't even try to call back. I had to go through the whole process but waited this time.
