The plan seems to be a good value vs AAA and I know that based on the last time I used AAA, their service has declined. I waited on a AAA tow for over two hours. Hopefully Good Sam is better.

So far, this has been a straight-forward interaction online. Can't really judge results until service is put to the test. Was curious that the initial comparison to other Roadside assistance services said that the service included Canada, but the premium package I chose does not mention Canada. Need clarification on that. Other aspects of the service seem very good so, I'm looking forward to being a protected member.

The website does not appear to be very intuitive. I currently have the basic roadside and wanted to upgrade as I now have a 5th wheel. It would have been easier to pull up my existing policy and upgrade it, but I could not figure out how to do that. Also, do i get a credit since I have 5 months left on my basic plan?

I like the roadside assistance product but hate the process to stop autorenewal. I would purchase the product for a longer period and maybe other products but will NEVER enable autorenewal or allow any other entity to withdraw from my checking account. Also I want a membership card mailed to me. Although I have never needed the roadside assistance, I have difficulty accessing the benefits. I want a plastic card in my wallet if I need it!
