The website was clean and unobtrusive. The options were clearly marked, easily distinguished from one another, readable, understandable, convenient for making no-nonsense, informed decisions. There were no continuing additional offers or long, time-wasting infomercials. It was honest product information designed to find a need and fill it without all the excessive salesmanship creating suspicion and buyer’s remorse after the fact. It was respectful of the buyer’s knowledge of what is needed and intelligence to choose accordingly.

Website was easy to follow, however the checkout process was difficult. I had to refresh several times because it would not completely display the credit card box. Then once it did, it errored on processing. Seemed like a website glitch as it was not a problem with the card itself. The prices of the options seem very high ... and the details ended with "and more" which doesn't help me a whole lot.

Good Sam is highly recommended in the van life community, I hope I never need roadside assistance, but I have peace of mind now. The website was professional, easy to use, and the prices were clear. I would recommend more highlights of the annual membership fees. I had to open another tab to see what Good Sam participating camp grounds were.
