It took forever to get the membership card that I even forgot I bought it. I actually needed roadside assistance but had no idea how to get ahold of anybody, didn't know my membership number or anything.

I purchased roadside assistance to have towing insurance for my motorcycle. I only received the membership card by printing it at home. I expected to receive a physical card. I had used this service in the past when I had an R.V. and I received a physical card. Hopefully I won't need to use the service.

Tried to purchase Roadside Assistance yesterday and said on one page one year was $89 then the next page total was 389 tried to purchase three separate times and it kept pulling at the same way finally quit and tried to purchase again today and went through at 89

We have carried roadside assistance for quite some time. We have not had to use it often. When we have had to use it the service was in varied degrees a couple of times we were disappointed by the lack of support. A couple of times we were pleased. When I renewed this service in March I asked for a new wallet card with the service number on it. That was never received.
