I had an overwhelmingly positive and effortless experience interacting with the complete website from navigation, signing up, filling out the web form details, understanding the differences between membership tiers and the benefits of each one, and the transparency of the full prices. I appreciate the fact that there were no convoluted distractions or annoying and unnecessary add ons being shoved in my face throughout start to finish with my time on the web pages. I sincerely wish every website and sign up experience anywhere was as fluid and pleasant as my experience with GoodSam has been!

I have had AAA for many years with my wife. I had an experience with them that made me terminate my plan. I am a little hesitant to continue after the introductory price because I cannot see myself paying your regular rate. I just don't need it that often. In fact the incident that pushed AAA out of the running was only the second time I had used them. But $179.95 is a lot of money for a maybe.

AAA use to have trailer coverage, I was shopping for roadside assistance. They no longer offer coverage for trailers. With our fifth wheel camper, I do not want to be stuck in the side of the road. Plus, I have 4 kids that drive. All the extra help, helps.

you're asking all these questions after JUST purchasing a plan....I don't know how saisfied I am ....probably until the first time I have to use it....if you're asking about the procedure OF purchasing....I didn't appreciate the GRUBBING for money by asking if I wanted to ADD and bunch of unnecasary bullshit to my order to keep your partners happy. Just so you know I would NEVER buy something based upon your reccomendation until I have found out how well you perform. maybe that answers your question.
