Two times it said please hold and no one ever came or responded again even after I waited over 1 hour. I wanted to ship to the store closer to my house and that was not an option so I am not happy with that service.

I was pretty disappointed in the order. I waited a week and finally contacted customer service and they told me you needed to confirm the address I missed my kids birthday because of it. I am surprised they didn’t reach out to confirm the order or inform me there was an issue. It’s really a bummer.

You have great selection and excellent pricing. Website navigation and filtering is smooth but the checkout process is glitchy with many spinning cycles and the Apple pay feature didn’t work for me. Hopefully my order wasn’t placed twice as the checkout glitched but said it didn’t go through. This happened to me a year or two ago and my order was placed multiple times and they were all delivered. I had to return them but what hassle.
