Found a goalie stick on clearance. When stick arrived it seemed to be shorter by 6 inches. We have the same stick, same paddle size already but the 1 we ordered is shorter. Trying to track shipments through a 3rd party app is not friendly to use. Also never received and email that order was shipped

Website does not seem to be optimized for mobile experience. Many buttons didn’t work or miss hit during browsing and checkout. Selections was good and pricing good.

The pricing for the product was fair and cheaper than that of other competitors. The site was easy to navigate. The description of the product, as well as the sizing charts on each of the products, made it simple for me to choose the right size before finializing my purchase.

My order was shipped in two separated packages on different days. No packing slip in the first package to identify my order was split in two packages. I thought an item was missing from my shipment.

GoalieMonkey is 100% satisfaction guarantee. Their response time in my experience is extremely quick. My items haven't been damaged in shipping or have gone missing. Their prices are very reasonable in my opinion compared to other companies. Rebound points actually make a difference when purchasing equipment which is nice since i have 4 kids in hockey. Overall, GoalieMonkey and HockeyMonkey are my go to's when it comes to durable, reliable and reasonably priced hockey equipment.

Disappointed with my experience with Goalie Monkey. I ordered two small items—a helmet kit and bungee for my son’s goalie pads—and shipping took much longer than expected, with tracking unavailable or not updated, so I had no idea when it would arrive. The shipping cost was especially frustrating. I paid about half as much to ship my son’s leg pads, glove, and blocker from another retailer—much larger and heavier items—and that order arrived within five days. Customer service was also difficult. Phone support had over an hour wait, while text/live chat responses took days. The products were fine, but the shipping and customer service experience needs significant improvement.

I ordered custom pads, blocker and glove with custom embroidered text, but I could not figure out where the text is going to be written. I want my black text to be on a white ‘zone’, but couldn’t determine which zone it was going to be located in.

I ordered a set of goalie pads, a blocker and gloves and I was delivered an adult hockey stick. I tried contacting customer service waited for an hour. Left a message. Nobody called me back. Tried to chat with the virtual agent that went nowhere.

The return service is horrible. I made a purchase at night but tried to cancel the order within 30min of purchase but I was not able to. I tried calling, emailing, and online chat but no one was available. Overall I had to eat $30 returning the product because i accidentally ordered the wrong size.

This ordering process has been terrible. No on was able to pick up the phone or text or use the online chat. I had questions that went unanswered. I am extremely disappointed in the service provided just to order two sticks. AWFUL.

I love it that we always find things we are looking for, although my Bauer-loving kids don't usually find good clearance items. Two things I want improved are: There's quite often times some glitches as I navigate myself thru; sizing chart is not always easy - I wanted to buy a TRUE jacket to my 7 yo, but the sizing chart didnt have height (only chest & waist) and I gave up. I wouldn't wake my son up in the middle of the night to measure him. If it had height, I would've bought one.

Needed to get my son a new glove and blocker. While the glove color he wants is out of stock I was able to get his blocker on clearance with an added discount! Always nice to save some money where you can! Love purchasing from this site. They always have great deals!

Lots of menu selections lead to no products. Item descriptions look incomplete. When looking at equipment it’s good to have my descriptions so we know what the heck we are getting. The website is good if you know exactly what you want and terrible if you don’t.
