All was good except I did get confused trying to order progressive lenses and not bi focal and also using coupon codes. I called and spoke with agent and he was able to clarify coupon code questions and I to help me use my credit. Thank you to the agent that helped me. He was awesome!

I went to a retail store in big town (more retail stores than my home town) hoping to get some glasses and even decent price I had my perception and of course they wanted me to get a new one. More $ from me in the end I left without glasses because Dr not there that day which means I would have to take another day and more time off work to get them. I filled out my application here and done they’ll be here cheaper than all of the above problems and I didn’t even go through insurance

The order was not completed in the timeline I was led to believe it would be completed in. Resulting in a delay, one pair of glasses was even a week further out than the first pair. One pair does not fit as well as I thought it would. For the price they are decent glasses.

For the most part my experience was good. I wish there was a filter for ansi z87 compliant glasses. Easy enough to search safety glasses but with a filter it would simplify my search.

Overall, I have had a good experience with GlassesUSA. I have ordered from them many times in the past and will likely do so in the future as well. I have also recommended the site to many of my friends and family.The options available are much cheaper than the ones that are provided by my optometrist - even with insurance! There is a great selection and I quite enjoy the quality of both the frames and ease of ordering.

overall experience was good, but getting the return code on the pair i returned was really frustrating. Never got the email with the code. First rep extended eligiablity which was great. Had to call a second time to get the code. Chat bot wouldn't give it to me and email never showed up until after i talked to a human

I received my first pair of Amelia E Nettle a few weeks ago. Perfect fit. Ordered a second pair today. I wish I could really see the brown/ clear frames. They look very light brown/beige online. I may have preferred them over the tortoise.

Ease of placing the initial order was great. Tracking the order was a bit of an issue. On the 6th business day the system was still saying my glasses were still in production when this should have been a shipping day. Then once they finally shipped I receieved them in a decent time. Once I received my package my frames were bent to where I was wearing them like goggles almost. Then I couldn't see out of them at any level but at the very top. If I am going to spend over $300. On a pair of glasses I expect to get what I ordered and they need to work properly. I returned the glasses and asked for new pair, and for the reading section at the bottom to be moved up a little. Crossing my fingers I will be able to see out of the new pair once I receive them. Getting in contact with a live agent is very difficult at GlassesUSA. I DO NOT want to speak with an AI automated system.
