For the most part my experience was good. I wish there was a filter for ansi z87 compliant glasses. Easy enough to search safety glasses but with a filter it would simplify my search.

Overall, I have had a good experience with GlassesUSA. I have ordered from them many times in the past and will likely do so in the future as well. I have also recommended the site to many of my friends and family.The options available are much cheaper than the ones that are provided by my optometrist - even with insurance! There is a great selection and I quite enjoy the quality of both the frames and ease of ordering.

overall experience was good, but getting the return code on the pair i returned was really frustrating. Never got the email with the code. First rep extended eligiablity which was great. Had to call a second time to get the code. Chat bot wouldn't give it to me and email never showed up until after i talked to a human

I received my first pair of Amelia E Nettle a few weeks ago. Perfect fit. Ordered a second pair today. I wish I could really see the brown/ clear frames. They look very light brown/beige online. I may have preferred them over the tortoise.

Ease of placing the initial order was great. Tracking the order was a bit of an issue. On the 6th business day the system was still saying my glasses were still in production when this should have been a shipping day. Then once they finally shipped I receieved them in a decent time. Once I received my package my frames were bent to where I was wearing them like goggles almost. Then I couldn't see out of them at any level but at the very top. If I am going to spend over $300. On a pair of glasses I expect to get what I ordered and they need to work properly. I returned the glasses and asked for new pair, and for the reading section at the bottom to be moved up a little. Crossing my fingers I will be able to see out of the new pair once I receive them. Getting in contact with a live agent is very difficult at GlassesUSA. I DO NOT want to speak with an AI automated system.

Well I dont like that yall give me a coupon for bogo but I can't even use it. Didn't work on any of the 15 pairs I tried. All different kinds and brands. Other than that good selection and alright prices. Oh one other thing yall made my first order on a pair of raybans that were prescription then wouldn't do it again after I needed new ones. The glasses are beautiful just they are not fitting to my head They fall down constantly and I did heat the arms in hot.wstwr and tried to fit them to my head but it isn't right. They are crooked on my face. I need to go somewhere to get them fitted correctly. It's just SO annoying. That's my only complaint.

There was a selection for everyone and I didn’t have to go to multiple sites to find glasses for anyone! We are a home of six with five of us wearing glasses so it was great to have one location for everyone, especially my nine year old who is receiving two pairs: a daily pair and a pair for sports!
