The only hiccup I experienced was trying to pay through Venmo on my phone—the payment wouldn’t process. Once I switched to a computer, though, the transaction went through smoothly with no issues. The website is easy to navigate, and the search function works great. I also find the pricing to be reasonable—not the cheapest, but definitely not the most expensive either. Overall, I’ve had a positive experience and I’m happy to support GameFly. I’ll definitely continue using the service!

As a collector, I love buying from GameFly. They run sales on used games all the time, and the quality is great brand‑new cases with discs that have only been played a few times. Their selection of newer titles is also really strong, especially when I’m having a hard time finding certain games elsewhere. I pick up Blu‑rays from them occasionally too. Overall, they’re much more than just a good rental company — they’re one of my favorite places to buy games.

The purchasing process was very easy. I do enjoy renting games from GameFly, but the delays in shipping can be a big frustration. It often takes 9 or more days to receive a game, which hurts the value of a monthly subscription. This is especially frustrating when I renew a subscription and it takes over a week before getting the first game. I feel like there should be a 1 week grace period when I renew, so that first week without a game doesn't feel like a wasted week.
