I love frederic malle. I love the scents and the products. the body wash I purchased smells fantastic, but the price was a bit overwhelming for what I received. Unlike fragrance, the body wash will be used fast and I'm not sure It's worth it in the future to get this item, so i'll stick to fragrances. Also I have wanted to try alot of your fragrances and you didn't have them available for sample or in 10ml sizes.

I like the vibe of the site and LOVE the scent quiz. I like the graphic too with the fragrances laid out on a spectrum / graph. What I don't like is that so many items are sold out and or unavailable. They shouldn't be displayed if they arent. And many items I would have bought / would have tried aren't available.

I purchased a discovery set. Once I decided upon a new fragrance I read on your website that you discount the amount of the set towards the full priced bottle. I contacted customer service many times and someone either couldn’t help me or was confused. Someone even suggested I order on the app of which there is no app. Eventually I called to speak to someone in person rather than using the chat. It finally got resolved. It left me quite frustrated that every time I make a purchase it will be this hard. I hope not. I am very pleased with my fragrance.

Someone even suggested I order on the app of which there is no app. Eventually I called to speak to someone in person rather than using the chat. It finally got resolved. It left me quite frustrated that every time I make a purchase it will be this hard. I hope not. I am very pleased with my fragrance.

I’m on my cell phone and so it’s hard to see everything and compare. I was a little disappointed that I didn’t have more leeway in choosing the perfumes. I wished to try. I have a specific scent profile I enjoy and a couple of your options were not available.
