The website was easy to navigate. I was able to find the item I was looking for at a discount from other sellers. Super bonus, shipping was free. When I had a question, contact information was easy to find and a human being answered the phone and knowledgeably answered the question. Placed my order and took delivery within a week. It was amazing. Highly recommend.

User friendly website, excellent product selection, very high quality products, shipped the same day as order and not just "label created" as happens with many other companies. While for my latest order had no questions for customer service, I have on previous orders and customer service was stellar. Will not go anywhere else for the types of products FIREFOLD carries.

I worried that this was a scam company - It is hard to trust online vendors that you've never heard of. We always order from the same online merchants. I was very pleased to see the order ship and arrive at the warehouse in a timely manner. Will order from Firefold again. Glad it is legit!

Website looks a bit dated on my phone and it doesn’t seems to scale very well but it’s functional and not cluttered which is good. It would be great to have a compare feature so it could highlight differences between products. I bought one product but had a feeling a different one would have met my needs all the same for a cheaper price which makes the experience less pleasant.

I had never heard of FireFold before, but their website came up while I was searching for a particular piece of equipment I needed for a project. Not only did they have exactly what I was looking for, they had a better price than some of the other hits on the search. After I started exploring their website, I noticed that they also had most everything else I had planned on ordering somewhere else, but I ended up ordering everything from FireFold, for a one-stop-shop experience. There were some shipping issues due to one rather large item I ordered which needed to come via freight, but the Customer Service was absolutely amazing in helping to find work-arounds for all of the problems. My order was ultimately received without issue, and I'm very pleased with the quality of everything I ordered. It's so awesome to find a company that truly "cares" about their customers, and desires to build lasting relationships with them. FireFold has definitely made an excellent first impression on me! Well done FireFold, thank you!

I found the eternet cables I purchsed were no different than the ones I could have purchased locally. The shipping time was slow and the provided tracking number did not tie to any shipping company. Chelsea in customer service was very nice in addressing my concerns but I still feel Firefold cables are not any different or better than the ones purchased at MicroCenter or Amazon.

I found a deal on iPhone charger cords. Three six foot cords for $22 bucks. Impossible to find anything close to that at any store!

This site makes buying cords for computers, printers, cell phones, laptops, etc a whole lot easier & cheaper than stomping around stores looking for your specific need at that point in time.

Ordered an HDMI cable to replace one that wasn't working. Delivery estimate for the economy/free shipping was 2-7 business days and it showed up after two days. Packaged well and even included a holiday thank you note and a card of whom picked and packed it. The cable worked well and fit my need perfectly.

The GUI was a bit cluttered and the scaling of advertised products was not consistant. Overall it made the website feel as though it was a phishing website or low tech

I received a very special baseball bat (with my name engraved on it) recently. We chose your hidden wall mount to display it in our den. Not up yet, but it (the bat) will look awesome. The mount is hidden, so you really won't see it.

It's just a lot easier to find the cord, connector, etc. at FireFold & order it than to search the aisles of however many stores till you find what you must have to connect your media or phone.
