Order arrived damaged, this is on FedEx and if it is sent through Tracy Ca hub it will likely get damaged or if it appears high value will be stolen. This is a known fact. Maybe time for FedEx to get called out on this. I can not sell this to my customer. At $150 it’s not worth the hassle unless Firefold wants to just send a new one. Have pictures of the package and the damage, but just chalk it up to how stuff works now days with nobody caring. Order #153743 Surprise me with customer service.

Large selection of wires at great prices. Make sure you are aware of the price jump in shipping. I break up my orders in order to not have my shipping jump more than 120%. You guys have to fix your shipping.

Website looks a bit dated on my phone and it doesn’t seems to scale very well but it’s functional and not cluttered which is good. It would be great to have a compare feature so it could highlight differences between products. I bought one product but had a feeling a different one would have met my needs all the same for a cheaper price which makes the experience less pleasant.

I had never heard of FireFold before, but their website came up while I was searching for a particular piece of equipment I needed for a project. Not only did they have exactly what I was looking for, they had a better price than some of the other hits on the search. After I started exploring their website, I noticed that they also had most everything else I had planned on ordering somewhere else, but I ended up ordering everything from FireFold, for a one-stop-shop experience. There were some shipping issues due to one rather large item I ordered which needed to come via freight, but the Customer Service was absolutely amazing in helping to find work-arounds for all of the problems. My order was ultimately received without issue, and I'm very pleased with the quality of everything I ordered. It's so awesome to find a company that truly "cares" about their customers, and desires to build lasting relationships with them. FireFold has definitely made an excellent first impression on me! Well done FireFold, thank you!

I found the eternet cables I purchsed were no different than the ones I could have purchased locally. The shipping time was slow and the provided tracking number did not tie to any shipping company. Chelsea in customer service was very nice in addressing my concerns but I still feel Firefold cables are not any different or better than the ones purchased at MicroCenter or Amazon.

Ordered an HDMI cable to replace one that wasn't working. Delivery estimate for the economy/free shipping was 2-7 business days and it showed up after two days. Packaged well and even included a holiday thank you note and a card of whom picked and packed it. The cable worked well and fit my need perfectly.
