I requested the 15% off coupon for a first purchase and after three days had not received the coupon code so I made a purchase and then immediately after making the purchase I received the 15% coupon code. That could’ve saved me $570.

I spent an entire afternoon driving to four different local electrical shops looking for a very specific power cord (NEMA 5-20P to Open Ended 2" ROJ 1/4" Strip 20A 125V 12/3 SJT - Black - 6ft), and absolutely no one had it.I turned to Firefold, and they not only carried the exact cable I needed, but they actually had it in stock and ready to roll. To make things even better, they shipped it out the exact same day I ordered it. The delivery was fast, and the build quality of the cable is outstanding.If you are hunting for specific electrical or networking gear and can't find it anywhere else, check Firefold first. If you need it, they probably have it in stock and ready to go!

Very satisfied with everything, except the first time purchase discount of 15% that I was supposed to receive. I called customer service and they said try welcome 10, however, that did not work either. I guess the two rolls of ethernet cable I ordered were not part of the promotion. That was my only disappointment.

Everything went well. The problem I see was that the cost of shipping was more than the cost of the product ordered. Now that being said, the total cost was just a couple of dollars more than ordering the same product from Amazon. So, I accepted the cost rather than cancel and reorder elsewhere. When I saw the cost to mail such a tiny package I found I had a negative feeling about it..

Order arrived damaged, this is on FedEx and if it is sent through Tracy Ca hub it will likely get damaged or if it appears high value will be stolen. This is a known fact. Maybe time for FedEx to get called out on this. I can not sell this to my customer. At $150 it’s not worth the hassle unless Firefold wants to just send a new one. Have pictures of the package and the damage, but just chalk it up to how stuff works now days with nobody caring. Order #153743 Surprise me with customer service.
