Having difficulty in placing discount code information in final billing form. Tried to find your telephone number, I get Air sprung factory number 954-752-1836. The agent responded by telling me to call directly to the Filter factory, in research and in your email advertisement there is no telephone number different than airspoung manufacturing company. Took over 1 hour to place this order. Very poor service. You get negative score -5.

Every experience I have had with your company for many years has been wonderful- the telephone contact is a necessary thing to have and I had an issue as the website was not "clear" to me- I just wanted to order what I do every year and I did not see that as an option such as "just reorder" which would be VERY helpful, I am guessing for most people to make ordering much easier. I suggest that you do that.

Difficult to find past orders…once I did the request for a Password Reset was annoying and relationship destroying if I didn’t have another option, I did pursue other options for replacement and didn’t find anything easy…you’d be much better letting easy return access for re-orders rather than enforcing new passwords! Stupid!!

It wasn't super clear if the filter frame dimentions represented the inside or outside measurement so I took a bit off. The product selection is unique -- but I also had to place a separate order through Filterking to buy more traditional products. Would have been cool if I could do it all here.
