Service was good and it was delivered on time. My problem is that whoever delivered this left it by the garage. And since it's a Styrofoam filter of some sort made of fibrous threads, it was very light and it blew across the driveway and across the street to my neighbor's house. These things should be delivered directly to the front. Door not left in front of a car that hasn't been moved in 3 days. We had no idea it was even there. Until we saw it blowing across the street.

The website is generally good, but there should be a button to return to specifying the filter if you are ordering two different sizes, as I do. I was able to navigate back, but how to do it was not obvious. Took me two tries.

The ability to customise filters and size is great, thiugh I don't really see any difference in the furnace filter and AC filter offerings. A big problem is the clunky design of the payment system where only one address can be saved and I had to try multiple attempts at ApplePay, PayPal, and others just to put through one order. I was also a bit surprised by the pricing on shipping. It may be best to use Shippo or Pirateship.com to lower your UPS and USPS rates.

I followed the link on my email to reorder and use promo code. When I engaged the link, it took me to your web site where i had to again submit specifications.of size. I just wanted to reorder. I hate filling in the forms over each time i order. The email offered a promo code for $5 off. When I went to check out, there was no box to submit the code.
