I would love see swatch sets available to buy or included with order. It can be really hard at times to choose colors and feel through a computer.

This is my second purchase. I am ordering another order of motorcross fleece. If it is the same as my first purchase I will be pleased. Good selection of canvas, too. So I had to order a yard of it.

I was looking for red cotton fabric for quilting--have been buying for several years from Fabric Empire. The fabric I received was heavy canvas you would use on chair covers or outdoor furniture. Disappointed.

I actually talked to someone there via phone call. She was super nice, helpful, and efficient. I hope to order one of the fabrics after receiving the 2 swatches and choosing one. Wish all service was done by such helpful REAL people!!!!

When I wanted to order swatch the search bar was too small and had to match perfectly. Plus need the whole longggg name. If Search bar was longer where you could see all at once I could check more easily.

hello, You have many fleece fabrics to choose from, but I would like to see more small prints. I would also like to see more sale prices. Also, it would be nice to have some coupons , where it says in the order form, apply coupons. I have never been offered any coupons. oh yes, it would be to have a phone # to talk to a represented at your company if any problems occur, especially when checking out.

It appeared impossible to find the country of origin of the fabric (online or by phone) so I was not able to place my whole order but ordered a swatch so I can feel the quality. Otherwise straightforward site.

There is a style of fur I need for a Santa suit alterations, you have one that the pile matches, but the color does not (red but not crimson). The 'white' (Ivory) fur I needed is perfect! I entered a coupon code and it accepted it but the total didn't reflect it.

Today i was ordering samples of fabric.One small suggestion- Took me a minute to figure out how to do it, would be great if there was a sample button. Other than that everything was great.

To be honest with you I really love fabric empire I do custom lowrider car interiors to find velvets that suit my needs are very difficult. I can say that there are a few limitations in the velvets available in regards to the velvets I'm looking for but overall they have an amazing selection very very well priced and I will absolutely do business with them in the future

I finally found a heavy weight terry cloth in a color that I wanted, at Fabric Empire. A question I had about shipping costs for a sample was answered clearly and promptly via email. I did find the website interface a little chaotic and unconventional. The product description didn't have some relevant information. i.e. It would have been nice to know if the terry was single or double sided. The swatch arrived quickly, though, and I was able to purchase with confidence.

I received three different color Sherpa fabrics and had an issue with the ivory fabric. I took pictures and contacted customer service, attaching the pictures. I received a prompt response and resolution to the issue.
